FREE PLAN OF A 60M2 HOUSE
A one story house plan was needed to build a small house on land located between two lots of 4m wide and 15m long, with a total area of 60 m2. Such housing should be provided with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
The solution was given by the architect Fernando Bamberger (arqfbamberger@hotmail.com), has good ventilation environments. By accessing the first floor there is the living room, a small kitchen without walls or kitchenette, with dining area included and a patio including laundry, which will generate a good natural lighting and ventilation within these environments.
Then, there is the hallway that leads to the bedroom 1 and 2, both with closets, besides having good lighting and natural ventilation through a garden in between.
At the end of the hall, we find the guest bathroom. Significantly, despite having a small area of land, the design has been characterized by proposing environments with high functionality.
